Description
Buchi Rotavapor R-3000 Rotary Evaporator.
The unit was removed from a university lab as surplus to requirements.
It was sold to a customer, but sadly, was damaged extensively in shipping.
Based on the damage, we think the unit is only suitable for spares / repairs. Our team described it as below:
"The unit is in poor cosmetic condition the bath is split, the base is broken, the glass evaporator is broken and the rotation knob has come off. Some parts to put it back on seem to be missing and the rotation control is also not great as it is either on full speed or running at its slowest. There doesn't seem to be any in-between.
The heater has been tested at 40degC and a max of 90degC, but due to the condition, it is sold as spares or repairs."
