This unit was removed from a lab during a clearout. The lab assured us it was in working order and so we shipped out to a customer who noted that it didn't cool. They sent it back to us lying on its front (hence the change in condition from the first photos to the later photos).

So please note that the front of the unit does have some cosmetic damage.

When it returned to us, we put it back upright, waited 48 hours, then powered it on. The compressor sounds likes its running but it doesn't cool down.

It sounds like a normal healthy ULT freezer, but no cooling appears to occur. Possibly it cools a little (it went down to about 12 degree on a day where RT was approx 20 celsius, but nothing more than that.

The unit is sold as spares / repairs.
