The unit powers up and is in reasonable used cosmetic condition. It does have various marks and signs of use. The spring on the slide holder appears to be broken. The holder does still function, but it doesn't tightly hold the slide anymore. It appears to work as it should, and was tested using one of our slides.

The item is in good cosmetic condition but there are some scratches along the base and sides. The lenses and objectives are clean and without marks.
The microscope powers on without issue. The bulb can be made to brighten or dim. We were able to adjust the objectives and clarity/position with ease.
