Description
This Nikon TE2000-U Eclipse Microscope System was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements. The lab assured us this system was in full working order when last used.
All the units are in good used cosmetic condition but they do have some small scuffs/marks and signs of general use.
The microscope has been tested using one of our slides and appears to work very well. All the stage and filter wheel controls appear to also work as they should.
The system consists of:
1 x Dell Precision T3400 PC Running Windows XP.
It comes with a keyboard & mouse. No monitor is included.
It has the following software installed:
1 x Photometrics PVCam.
1 x Micro-Manager 1.4.
1 x MAG Biosystems 7.5.
1 x Image J.
1 x Daq X Software.
The PC also has a 3 port Firewire PCi card fitted, a Power-One EWD515 PCi card fitted (1033-4000 REV H) and an Nvidia Quadro graphics card fitted with 2 x DVi outputs. Unfortunately there is no camera with the microscope. So it cannot currently communicate with the PC.
It comes with 2 x Dongles:
1 x SafeNet Sentinel.
1 x Carl Zeiss Vision.
1 x Nikon Eclipse TE2000-U Microscope.
It has a Prior H117N1TE/D automated stage fitted and various other add-on parts.

The power level control appears to be a little temperamental, although it does work.

1 x 47268 Filter wheel comes fitted to a stand and has a EXFO 810-00030 Collimating Adaptor fitted for the EXFO X-Cite Lamp.
1 x 70276 Filter wheel.
Also included are all the cables to connect the system together, the manual for the Prior Stage and some other paperwork.
