Description
This Vacuubrand MZ2C Diaphragm Vacuum Pump was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up and has been tested with a gauge (not included). The unit held at 975 millibars (14.1 PSI) and the pressure release valve is in working condition.
It is in reasonable cosmetic condition with some marks from use. The exhaust plastic chamber has a rubber bung attached to the valve and the bottom by tape. This tape no longer holds the bung in place. We needed the hold the bung steady to keep a seal when testing the pressure.
