The unit is in reasonably good cosmetic condition with some marks from use. The display is slightly faulty but is readable.

It powers up and reached 1200˚C after 3.5 hours. There is currently no plug fitted, but we used a 16A plug for testing.

Salvis Thermocenter Laboratory Oven Type TC-40 B Lab

This Salvis Thermocenter Laboratory Oven Type TC-40 B was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included).

When set to 40˚C the thermometer measured 40.7˚C.

When set to 200˚C the thermometer measured 205.5˚C.

It is in good cosmetic condition with some surface marks on the back and the sides of the unit. It is missing two feet but could be easily replaced as they screw in.

Vecstar Tube Furnace Model: VTF7 Lab

This Vecstar Tube Furnace Model: VTF7 was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The item is in reasonable cosmetic condition though it has tape residue and scratches.

The item's plug has been cut off. We attached a plug to it to test it but removed it after testing.

The Eurotherm powered on and adjusted the temperature as intended.

We didn't use an external thermometer to verify the temperature as it would denature our probe.

It was set to 370˚C and reached it according to the internal thermometer. It hit 1288˚C as measured by the thermometer and was slow to rise any higher.

The opening is 3cm in diameter.
