Description
This Hastings Stainless Steel Vacuum Generator - UHV Chamber was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The lab manager reported :
"'The large chamber with front flange was intended to be a "SIMS front end". It is designed for UHV applications and all seals are UHV copper gasket.'"
The unit is in good condition but we are unable to test it. The large unit's openings are all sealed for their protection. We have only opened briefly for photos.
The largest opening is 300mm wide.
