Description
This Hitachi M-511E Plasma Poly Etcher was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
This unit came out of a university laser institute. It had been unused for some time. Some of the components have been removed and utilised elsewhere.
No testing has been carried out due to the unit's state of disassembly.
There are a few of the main components still attached:
The main chamber with its arm and motor.
The clean robot.
The main table.
The framework.
There are various small arms, unions, etc.
The unit is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but as stated is in a state of disassembly.
