Description
Agilent Technologies Stratagene Mx3005P PCR System
This was removed from a working lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up and has been tested with the PC. It communicates and operates well.
It is supplied with a Dell PC with MxPro 4.10 software installed.
The system is in excellent cosmetic condition with minor marks.
The MX3005P has the following filters installed:
- CY5 - CY5 Filter Set - Excitation Wavelength(NM) 635 - Emission Wavelength(NM) 665.
- CY3 - CY3 Filter Set - Excitation Wavelength(NM) 545 - Emission Wavelength(NM) 568.
- ROX - ROX Filter Set - Excitation Wavelength(NM) 585 - Emission Wavelength(NM) 610
- HEX - HEX-JOE Filter Set - Excitation Wavelength(NM) 535 - Emission Wavelength(NM) 555
- FAM - FAM Filter Set - Excitation Wavelength(NM) 492 - Emission Wavelength(NM) 516
