This Panasonic Electric Laboratory Oven Model - MOV-112-PE was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.


The item powers on, it was already set to 160˚c and it went up in temperature quickly. We were unable to change the setting so we let it run. The temperature reached 156˚c after around 10-15 minutes with the thermometer reading 150˚C.


It reached 250˚C within an hour.


It has the usual smells you would expect from this type of oven.


The digital thermometer is not included.


The item is in a reasonable, used cosmetic condition.

This item was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.


It is in good condition and powers on with the heater running and both bottom and top circulating fans operating.


Specifications:

  1. Capacity: 534 litres
  2. Six heat settings, max temperature 65˚C
  3. Four adjustable wire shelf racks
  4. Toughened glass door

The item was temperature tested (thermometer not included), and the following observations were made:

  1. Maximum setting (6) only reached 47°C with the top circulating fan on.
  2. When the top fan was turned off, the temperature climbed to 65.8°C and stabilised.
