This Robbins Scientific Micro Hybridization Incubator Model 2000 Cat no. 1040-50-2 was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The unit powers up and the tube rotator is working, though one tube grip is missing.

It was tested with a digital thermometer (not included). It was set to 37˚C which it reached and held at. It was then set to the max of 99˚C which it reached after about 20 minutes. Our thermometer read 101˚C.

It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition with some marks from use.

It comes with 3 x Hybaid Glass Bottles with Bottle Grippers HB-OV-BGL

The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included). it was tested at 37˚C which it reached and held at. It was then tested at the max of 99˚C which it reached. Our thermometer measures it at 100˚C.

The tube rotator seems to be in working order.

The unit is in good cosmetic condition with only minor usage marks.

There are 2 x Robbins Scientific Tubes included with it. They are also in good condition, are 30 cm in length and roughly 43.66mm in diameter.

The tray on the bottom is removable, 35 cm in length and 18 cm in width.

Internal measurements: L 36cm, W 19cm, H 20cm.

This Sheldon Manufacturing Shel Lab Agilent Hybridization Oven Model: G2545A was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The item is in good cosmetic condition but there are scratches on the bottom of the door as well as some light stains on the top panel.

There are no other noticeable cosmetic issues. The interior is clean with minor signs of prior use and the rotor is in good condition.

The item powers on and the rotor sped up and slowed down in accordance with the dial inputs.

The oven was tested with a digital thermometer (not included).

The temperature was set at 37˚C, the display showed 37˚C and the thermometer 41.6˚C

The temperature was set at 67˚C, the display showed 67.1˚C and the thermometer 70.2˚C

The unit also comes with:

14x boxes of slide holders, 5 per box
