BMM Weston Steam Generator Model 2616 w/ Lubron Osmostar 250 Water Purifier Lab

This system was removed from a university where it was surplus to requirement.

Testing on these units is not possible due to the original hard-wiring of the steam generator and the presence of residual water in the filters and pipes. The steam generator will require re-wiring before use.

Unfortunately, the copper pipes were cut during removal, rather than being properly disconnected, therefore, will require substantial recommissioning work to get the system up and running again.

The Option-R unit powers on and is in poor cosmetic condition, showing staining and corrosion on the rear metal plate.

Labels note that the filter and pre-treatment cartridge were last changed on 07/03/2018. No further testing has been carried out.

The accompanying 75 L reservoir is in good cosmetic condition, with cables present for connection to the main unit. Some corrosion is visible on the connection points. The front tap is missing, and the top filter is not present.
