The unit powers up but we were unable to test it further without the software.
It is in good cosmetic condition with marks from use.

This Thermo Nicolet Avatar 360 FTIR System was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The lab assured us it was in working order prior to collection, but unfortunately, the Power supply was not supplied with the system, and is not included.
The PC powers on and has the following software on it.

Blue J
AsyMetrix.
The system is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but has marks from age and use.

Perkin Elmer Spectrum One FTIR Spectrometer + Spotlight Imaging System
This system was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.
It powers on and is in good cosmetic condition.
The previous user noted that the main issue with the system was the analyte column requiring regular maintenance, such as flushing or refreshing of the polymer, to prevent crystallisation that hampers analysis.
In summary, this system could be a valuable asset for users with experience, although it requires significant maintenance.
For this reason it is sold for spares/repairs
