Pfeiffer HiCube 80 ECO Turbo Pumping Station
This item is sold on behalf of a client where it is surplus to requirements.
This item was removed from private ownership and dates from September 2020. It underwent electrical safety testing in September 2020 and September 2021 but has not had further servicing or testing since. To the seller’s knowledge, the system is fully functional and in good condition.
The system is complete except for the original backing pump.
It is supplied with the turbo pump unit, TC110 turbo pump power unit, DCU control/display unit, and gas connectors and flanges for the turbo pump outlet and scroll pump inlet. The seller is able to package the instrument in its original box for transport.

It includes a Varian Turbo-V 250 Macro Torr Pump, which is in good cosmetic condition with blades that move freely. The Multi-Gauge controller powers on but displays an error E03, but this is just because it is not connected to anything.

When connected, the pump did not start, however it is unclear whether this indicates a fault or simply that additional cables or connections are required for full operation with the Varian Turbo-V 301 Nav C.U.
No further testing has been carried out.
