Thermo Shandon Cytospin 4 Cytocentrifuge Lab

This Thermo Shandon Cytospin 4 Cytocentrifuge was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The unit has been inspected by a service engineer who fitted new plastic hinges fitted. The repair isn't perfect, but it's functional

It also appears to have a battery error. There is a battery soldered to the main board, it probably needs replacing. The unit shows an error 4 code when first switched on but if you press stop the code goes away, and the unit starts up normally.

The error relates to a discharged battery.

The unit is in otherwise full working condition and is in good cosmetic condition with just the marks from the repairs.
