This Thermo Scientific Histostar Tissue Embedding Centre was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers on and has been tested. It is in working order. The screen is slightly faulty but is still readable. There are lines through the display.
The wax melting tank and lights have been tested and are working.
It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but has some marks from use.
There are some trays of accessories included.

Both units power on and are in a reasonable, used cosmetic condition, the units are quite discoloured.
They were tested with a digital thermometer (not included).
The Embedding Module Temperatures:-
The Tissue Storage Tank heats to 70°c, the thermometer read 67°c
The Paraffin Tank heats to 70°c, the thermometer read 65.3°c
The Hot Spot heats to 70°c, the thermometer read 62°c
The Mold Storage Oven heats to 70°c, the thermometer read 57°c
The Cold Plate cooled down to a temperature of -9°c
