The system powers on and is in good cosmetic condition with no visible signs of damage. The LCD screen and buttons are operational on the main unit. All parts are securely mounted to a dewar measuring approximately 46 x 46 x 60 cm (excluding wheels).
We are unable to test the system further at our facility.
The system comprises the following:
- Leica EM-AFS Embedding System (Type: 702701, Serial No.: 518928) – Powers on, LCD screen and controls responsive.
- Leica Control Unit (Type: 655601) – Powers on.
- Leica EMUV (Type: 702727) – Powers on, UV light activates when unit is placed face down into chamber. Activation is confirmed by an LED on the control unit; an audible alarm sounds if the EMUV is removed while active.

The knife blades are all in very good condition, with sharp and undamaged cutting edges, appearing to have been well maintained, except for the hand knife, which has a poor cutting edge.
The wooden boxes are in excellent condition, except for two that are damaged.
