Thermo Scientific VersaCool Refrigerated Circulating Water Bath Lab

This Thermo Scientific VersaCool Refrigerated Circulating Water Bath was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up and is in very good cosmetic condition. It was tested with a digital thermometer (not included).
Heating:-
Tested with water, the temperature was set to 37˚c, the temperature quickly went up to 38˚c while the thermometer read 37˚c. It was then tested up to the maximum temperature (for water) of 90˚c which it reached after around 10 minutes, thermometer also read 90˚c. It can go higher but we didn't want it to boil. It is rated for 150˚C.
Cooling:-
Tested with Antifreeze, the temperature was set to -20˚c, it dropped quite quickly to -8˚c but seemed to stop cooling from there, only dropping a further 0.3˚c over the next few hours. The thermometer read -9.6˚c. This is likely due to the concentration of antifreeze used.

The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included). It was first set to the minimum temp of -30C. It dropped to -16.8C after about 8 hours of running. It was then set to 37C and our thermometer read 36. It reached the boiling point with no problems.
The unit is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but has some marks from use.

When set to 4ºC our thermometer read 4.5ºC
When set to 37ºC our thermometer read 37.6ºC
When set to 45ºC our thermometer read 45.5ºC
45ºC was the highest temperature the unit could be set to.

Chilling:-
The temperature was first set to its minimum setting of -30˚c, it dropped as low as -13˚c before it started to climb back up. This is likely due to the concentration of antifreeze used.
Heating:-
The temperature was set to 37˚c and it climbed from -12 to 37˚c within 10 minutes.
The temperature was finally set to it's maximum of 155˚c but when it reached boiling point at 100˚c we switched it off.

It was then set to 99.9˚C and achieve boiling point.
