This item was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.
The microscope is in fair cosmetic condition.
The PSU has been fitted with a UK plug, replacing the original American one, and it powers the shutter effectively; operation can be heard when using the switch. The HBO 100 lamp has not been tested as the required PSU is not included.
Includes:
- HBO 100 mercury lamp (note: bulb usage unknown, no PSU included for the lamp)
- Foot pedal and light source
- Kramer Scientific HR 10x/0.45 KSC 190-975 Objective
- Light pipe (note: no light source included)

The unit powers up but none of the objectives are particularly clear, and two don't show an image at all (detailed below). The unit is quite stiff and awkward to use.
For these reasons it is sold for spares/repairs.

This Carl Zeiss Compound Microscope was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The item is in reasonable cosmetic condition with some minor marks from use.
The item powers on without issue but the light doesn't switch on with Options 3-5 on the PSU, thought 6-8 on the PSU does change the intensity of the light.
We were able to focus on a test slide with all objectives.
