The previous client has stated that it has a faulty O2 sensor, this was confirmed on-site during testing.

Don Whitley VA500 Hypoxia Workstation Glove Box + VA Airlock Unit Lav

This Don Whitley VA500 Hypoxia Workstation Glove Box was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The lab were unable to confirm the working status as it has not been used in some time, but did confirm that it requires a software upgrade.
The unit powers up and the incubator is in working order. It has not been tested under vacuum. The lights are functional on both units. Glove door locks both working. The left glove insert is damaged. Rubber has separated from the ring.
Both units are in good cosmetic condition. The back of Airlock does have some cracking on the external casing due to UV exposure. The unit was situated by a window at the university which caused this.
Included with the system are;
1 x User manual folder for both units.
1 x "MACS Footswitch". it is in good cosmetic condition but we were unable to test it. It is wireless.
2x Gas regulators. Good condition, not tested.

Don Whitley Scientific miniMACS Anaerobic Workstation Glovebox Safety Cabinet

This Don Whitley Scientific miniMACS Anaerobic Workstation was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit has been looked at by a qualified service engineer.
The pump works from the main socket but not from the instrument socket. They cleaned the filter which was previously making the pump run loudly. They repaired the fans which were previously broken.
They have tested the cabinet with a vacuum pump and it seems it is holding the vacuum. Although one piece of plexiglass holding the right door lock is broken. The system holds a vacuum despite this.
The temperature was tested up to 37˚c, it took about an hour to reach this.
It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition but has some minor marks from use and the aforementioned crack.
