It is a 10L BioFlo 120 autoclavable jacketed glass vessel suitable for fermentation, to be integrated with BioFlo 115 units (B115BR201537 & B115EN703893).

Radleys 20 Litre Jacketed Reactor Vessel with IKA Stirrer, Accessories on Stand

This system was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirement.

All components are in good cosmetic condition, although the inner glass surface is cloudy.

The IKA stirrer, powers on and initiates paddle rotation. However, vibrations are noticeable when the speed exceeds 350rpm. After removing the paddle, the stirrer runs smoothly up to its maximum speed of 2000rpm.

The vibration issue may stem from misalignment with the vessel or vessel lid, an imbalance in the impeller, or the stand needing leveling.

All components are in fair cosmetic condition, showing some staining on the glass and light rust on the metalwork. There are no breaks or cracks in the glassware.

Please note, there is no clamp present to hold the stirrer onto the support pole. The IKA stirrer powers on and the chuck rotates. Adjusting the speed to its maximum setting of 10, the stirrer runs smoothly with only slight vibration.
