This Applied Biosystems 7300 Real Time PCR System was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The system is comprised of;
1 x Applied Biosystems 7300 Real-Time PCR Unit.
1 x Dell Optiplex 380 with Monitor, keyboard, mouse, USB cable & monitor cable.
Running Applied Biosystems Sequence Detection Software (SDS)
Version 1.2.3.
The Dell has a Fresh install of Windows XP.
The 7300 has had a function test run:
USB - Pass
CCD - Pass (version 2.19)
Filter Wheel - Pass (FW version G2.10)
Shutter - Pass (FW version G2.10)
Lamp - Pass (FW version G2.10)
Thermal Cycler - Pass (G2.10 Firmware is up to date)
The lamp status is Good.
It has 1444 Usage hours.
It was last replaced 08/01/2008.
The unit will require the ROI calibration.
