The system is a Cytiva Biacore T200, a high-performance Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) platform designed for real-time, label-free analysis of biomolecular interactions. It is widely used for kinetic binding studies, affinity measurement, concentration analysis, and characterisation of proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, and small molecules.

The instrument has been well maintained under a Cytiva full-service contract since purchase and is being removed from service due to no longer being required.
