Description
This unit was removed from a catering facility as surplus to requirements.
It appears to be an under-counter type triple-oven with temperature control for each of the three ovens.
They are low-temperature ovens.
The unit powers up and each section was tested. It does appear that some of the gauges may be broken or inaccurate and so the oven requires some refurbishment.
Level 1 test results:
Oven 1 was showing 0 degrees and was measured at 33/34 degrees.
Oven 2 was showing 40 degrees and was measured at 40 degrees.
Oven 3 was showing 0 degrees and was measured at 38 degrees.
Level 2 test results:
Oven 1 was showing 40 degrees and was measured at 60 degrees.
Oven 2 was showing 66 degrees and was measured at 64 degrees.
Oven 3 was showing 0 degrees and was measured at 72 degrees.
Level 3 test results:
Oven 1 was showing 60 degrees and was measured at 103 degrees.
Oven 2 was showing 94 degrees and was measured at 94 degrees.
Oven 3 was showing 0 degrees and was measured at 92 degrees.
It is in good cosmetic condition but has been used previously.
