This was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

It is equipped with the following appliances:

3 X Lec Under Counter Fridges-untested

1 X Tefcold Tall Glass Doored Fridge-untested

1 X Jbg2 Lsu03 Counter/serve Over Fridge-untested

Double Round Sinks With Mixer Tap-untested

Large Fresh Water Storage Tank-untested

Many Double 240v Sockets-untested

This unit is untested and would require to be fully checked out by a qualified electrician. The water tank will need to be flushed and treated. The unit does require some remedial repairs to the walls due to water ingress at the base corners. One of the LEC fridges requires a new door hinge.

A lot of the damage is superficial and is just down to the graphics peeling off. Overall it is in good condition but would benefit from a deep clean.

The electrics are currently via a 415V 32A connection. However, there are no three-phase appliances or outlets in the unit and this could be altered to a 240V 32A plug very easily.

We don't have the keys to the door or the water filler cap though there are keys present to lock the fridge doors. Due to its size and weight, a lorry equipped with a hiab or a large forklift with extended forks is required to move the unit.
