Description
This Sorvall RT 6000B Centrifuge w/3600 RPM Rotor - Sorvall H1000B was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up and the rotor runs well up to 3600rpm.
The refrigeration was tested with a digital thermometer (not included).
We set the chamber temperature dial to 4°c and the thermometer dropped to 4.5°c.
We then set the temperature to the minimum of -20°c and it dropped quite quickly to -28°c.
It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition with some marks from use. the rotor has some rust on it

3600 Max RPM
4 x Du Pont Swinging Buckets (PN - 11053)
2 x Yellow Sorvall Bucket Adapters (00846) 25mm hole diameter.
2 x Blue Sorvall Bucket Adapters (00830) for 50ml tubes.
2 x Black Sorvall Bucket Adapters (00884) for 15ml tubes.
