Rational SCC 61 Steam Oven w/ Gastronorm Stand
This item was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirement.
It is in good cosmetic condition. During testing, the unit powers on and loads to the main menu, allowing cooking modes to be selected. No further testing has been carried out as the oven requires plumbing in (water in/drain) to run a full operational test.
Gastronorm stand included.
