Hewlett Packard 8992A Digital Video Power Analyzer
This item was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirement.
The unit powers on, however, an error message is displayed during start-up instructing the user to press a front panel button to clear the fault or consult the manual.
Attempts to clear the error by pressing and holding the front panel buttons were unsuccessful.
Due to this fault, the unit could not be fully tested and is therefore being sold for spares or repair.
