This Bibby Stuart RE300/MS RE300B Rotary Evaporator was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The unit is fully working, it just requires the suitable Diagonal condenser (manufacturer part number: RE400/CO) and receiving flask (manufacturer part number: RE100/RF/1L).

The system includes;

The unit powers on and is in good cosmetic condition.

There are some tape marks on the base of the unit and there is a little dirt and dust from general use.

The dial is responsive to the motor in the unit, it increases and decreases the speed of rotation well. All leavers are operational.

There are signs of what looks like calcium buildup around the bowl of the unit.

It was tested with a digital thermometer (not included)

Set temp at 37ºC our thermometer read 30.08ºC

Set temp at 90ºC our thermometer read 93.2ºC

The glassware that is included in the photos is all in good cosmetic condition with minor marks from use.
