Description
Eltra CS500 Carbon Sulfur Determinator with HTF 5 40 High Temperature Furnace
This was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit was working previously but has been damaged. The internal furnace section has dropped onto the circuit board underneath and the ceramic bushes/mounts have all broken.
The notes below are from before it was broken.
It is sold for spares/repairs.
The system is made up of;
1 x Eltra Carbon Sulfur Determinator
CS 500
The unit powers on and is in good cosmetic condition. All buttons appear to be in working condition.
The main display on the unit was in German and we were unable to explore the options further.
1 x Eltra High-Temperature Furnace
HTF 5 40
The unit powers on and is in good cosmetic condition. We tested the furnace at different temperatures.
Set temp at 500ºC, and the temperature settled at 521ºC
Set temp at 750ºC, and the temperature settled at 750ºC
Set temp at 1000ºC, and the temperature settled at 987ºC
Set temp at 1544ºC, and the temperature settled at 1542ºC
The furnace tube size is 29.36mmin diameter

1X CS-500 manual translated in German (unconfirmed)
Software not included. We believe this requires Eltra software P/N: 55101; 02.2000
