Elmor C1 Seed Counters & SWS2 Single Weight Sorter

This system is being offered for sale on behalf of a client due to being surplus to ongoing requirements.

The system comprises two Elmor C1 seed counters together with an Elmor SWS2 single weight sorter base unit. The C1 is a microprocessor-controlled precision counter designed for the counting and dosing of seeds and other small components, with a stated particle size range of approximately 0.2 mm to 18 mm diameter.

The SWS2 is a PLC-controlled sorting system designed to separate individual items according to a defined limit weight. It sorts into two collection bins of at least 500 ml for lighter and heavier items and is operated via a 10.1-inch industrial touchscreen.

Equipment of this type is commonly used in laboratory, agricultural research, seed processing and other environments requiring accurate counting, dosing and weight-based sorting of small items.

According to the client, all units are in pre-owned working condition. The SWS2 base unit and one of the C1 seed counters were purchased in 2024 and used through to 2025. The second C1 seed counter was purchased in 2025 and has not been used during 2026.

The equipment has also passed safety inspections completed on 21 January 2025 and 11 November 2025.
