The Beckman Coulter SW 40 Ti is a high-speed swinging bucket rotor designed for use with compatible Beckman Coulter preparative ultracentrifuges.
It is commonly used for the separation and purification of biological samples, including proteins, nucleic acids and subcellular particles, particularly in density gradient centrifugation applications.
