This item was removed from a university where it was surplus to requirement.
It is in good cosmetic condition and powers on. However, it would not run past 3000 RPM, even though the rotor used had a maximum of 4700 RPM.
Therefore, it is listed as Spares/Repair. We believe it has a belt fault.
