Description
Eppendorf CellXpert C170i Double Stack Incubator
This item was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirements.
Both units power on but are currently experiencing startup/software faults.
The top unit remains stuck on the Eppendorf loading screen and does not complete the startup process, even after restarting and being left powered on for several hours.
The bottom unit initially showed the same behaviour, but after restarting displayed the following error messages:
“Fatal Error – the system was stopped”
“A Severe database failure was detected…”
Due to these faults, both units are being listed as Spares or Repair.
