Incubators may be transported via a range of delivery methods, including palletised courier networks or direct delivery to the intended location of use. During transit, internal sensors, fans, or control systems may be affected by vibration or movement.

To ensure optimal performance and accurate environmental conditions, it is essential that all incubators are allowed to stabilise upon arrival and are professionally calibrated before first use. Calibration ensures the unit reaches and maintains the desired temperature, humidity, or CO₂ levels reliably.

Please ensure:
- The unit is left for a minimum of 12 hours upright and unpowered after delivery.
- Calibration is completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications before any use.

Failure to calibrate prior to use may result in inaccurate conditions and affect experimental integrity or compliance with laboratory standards.

Although all precautions are taken to prevent contamination, this equipment was once used in a Laboratory research setting. As such it was unused in an environment, or in a way, that handled potentially biological or chemical hazards.

This product must not be used for domestic purposes and must not be used for research purpose within a domestic location.

Refrigerators will be transported in a variety of methods, including palletised couriers or direct transport "point of use". It is possible the internal refrigerant may have shifted during transport.
Allowing the unit to remain upright for at least 24 hours lets the refrigerant settle properly, preventing potential damage to the cooling system. Please ensure you allow sufficient settling time after receiving your delivery. Please also ensure you place the unit in its desired place of use before powering on for the first time, this is to prevent further movement post-delivery.

We suggest the below time periods are reached before powering on:

Fridges: 8hrs
Pharmaceutical Fridges: 8hrs
Freezers (≤ -20°C): 24hrs
Low Temperature (≤ -40°C): 48hrs
Ultra Low Temperature (≤ -80°C): 48hrs
