This is a Newport RS 2000 anti-vibration isolation table fitted with metric hole spacing and four Newport I-2000 Series Stabilizer High Performance Laminar Flow Isolators.
One of the plastic end caps fitted to a stabilizer leg has snapped off, as shown in the photographs.
