Description
This Gallenkamp Vacuum Oven Cat no. OVA031.XX1.5 was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included).
It was set to just under 40˚C on the dial and we achieved a reading of 37˚C. It was then set to the max of 200˚C which it reached after an hour.
It is in fairly poor cosmetic condition with marks from use. The lab told us it had a faulty seal. It was not tested under a vacuum so we were unable to confirm this. Therefore any buyer should be aware of the requirement to replace the seal and/or that the vacuum functions may not work properly.
