Don Whitley Scientific miniMACS Anaerobic Workstation
This system is being offered for sale on behalf of a client due to being surplus to ongoing requirements at SASPiPhi Ltd.
The unit is a Don Whitley Scientific miniMACS anaerobic workstation intended for the handling, incubation and examination of anaerobic microorganisms within a controlled atmosphere.
The workstation is supplied on a height-adjustable mobile stand and includes a gas regulator, oxygen sensor, foot control and a selection of spare components.
According to the client, the unit was in use up until approximately 2018, when it was placed into storage. It has not been recently tested and its current working condition has not been confirmed.
Due to the length of time in storage, the purchaser should arrange appropriate inspection, recommissioning and leak testing before use. The gas connections, oxygen-control system, sleeves, cuffs and seals should also be checked by a suitably competent person.

Additional terms and conditions
We retain records of original source decontamination for all Safety Cabinets and Fume Hoods. Decontamination can consist of either Fumigation or Filter Removal. We are unable to provide condition report on any filters still present, we are unable to confirm their type or use suitability and we are unable to accept responsibility for overall function of the filters.
Filters should be assessed on receipt of goods and replaced by the user prior to use
