Description
Saffron Three-Port Isolator / Glovebox – Spares/Repair
This item was removed from a laboratory facility where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers on. When plugged in and switched on at the socket, a fan can be heard operating immediately.
However, the internal fan does not appear to function, and no response is observed when the “blower” switch is activated. As a result, airflow within the chamber could not be confirmed.
In addition, the front-mounted plugs do not feel secure when fully tightened, suggesting potential wear or fitting issues.
Aside from the points noted above, the unit appears structurally intact.
Due to the internal fan/blower issue and the condition of the front plugs, the isolator is offered as Spares/Repair. No further testing has been carried out.
