This Neslab RTE-101 Refrigerated Water Bath Circulator Type - R-134A was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The item powers on and is in a reasonable, used cosmetic condition.
The uni powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included).
Chilling:-
The temperature was first set to its minimum setting of -30˚c, it dropped as low as -13˚c before it started to climb back up. This is likely due to the concentration of antifreeze used.
Heating:-
The temperature was set to 37˚c and it climbed from -12 to 37˚c within 10 minutes.
The temperature was finally set to it's maximum of 155˚c but when it reached boiling point at 100˚c we switched it off.
