These items were removed from a university lab where they were surplus to requirements.

Both Power on and require 4 x AA Batteries (Not Included)
2 x Marantz Stereo Cassette Recorders CP430
Both power on and require 3 x D-Size batteries (Not included)
4 x Marantz Solid State Recorder PMD671
All 4 power on when tested with our 15v power supply (Not included), they also take 8 x AA Batteries
There are also 11 x Marantz Batteries (Model-RB1100PMD) included that fit the PMD671 but when tested, none of them powered on the unit, we are unsure whether they are rechargeable.
