SC Technical Services HP 500 HT-IR Heated IR UV Curing Conveyor Dryer Unit
This was removed from a university workshop where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit was confirmed as in working order with thermal (up to 130°C), IR and UV curing capabilities. It needs some maintenance and will likely need repair in the future.
The unit itself is 3m in length approximately 1.5m wide and 1.2m high and requires a three-phase electrical supply and ducted extraction to run.
Maintenance required – replace seals around oven lid and change UV bulb
Future repair – motors are in sealed (riveted) ducts and the bearings are worn and will need attention at some point.
There are no manuals included but the client has offered to demonstrate how to use it if required.
