Description
This Thermo Sorvall Lynx 6000 Centrifuge was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
It is in excellent cosmetic condition and has been recertified by a service engineer who fitted it with a new wheel and two new feet. They confirmed it to be in full working order.
The centrifuge & rotor are in very good used cosmetic condition. They have some very small marks from general use. It has been tested at the rotor max of 9000rpm for 30mins and temperature tested at 4ºC & 37ºC. Both of these temperatures were reached within the 30mins runtime.
The centrifuge is fitted with a Fiberlite F9-6x1000 LEX Rotor. The rotor is fitted with a pair of Fiberlite 010-0180-02 1000ml to 50ml conical adapters.
