Zeiss AxioVert 200M Inverted Fluorescence Microscope

This system was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.

The microscope powers on, with all lights functional, and is in fair cosmetic condition with minimal wear. However, it is not fully operational.

When looking through the eyepiece, an image is visible, but it cannot be brought into focus, indicating potential issues with the optical alignment.

The reflector button works correctly and cycles through the colour filters, while the objective control only allows partial movement before stopping. Corrosion and residue (possibly grease) are present around the objective area, which may be affecting functionality.

Due to the faults stated above, this microscope system is listed as Spares/Repair.

• Status: Powers on but the motorised stage is not operational despite the presence of the controller and joystick.

EBQ 100 Isolated with HBO 100 Light Source

• Model: EBQ 100 Isolated - Z/101.26G
• Serial No.: N21418102
• Status: Powers on, with halogen bulb replaced and functional.

Additional Issues Identified:

• The objective control only partially moves before stopping.
• Various leads for the camera and stage are missing.
• Presence of corrosion and potential grease around the objective area, which may effect performance.
