Gartner Scientific Corporation L117 Ellipsometer
This item was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The ellipsometer is in fair cosmetic condition, with some wear consistent with its age. The device includes a Class 3 laser product and, for safety reasons, it was not powered on.
One of the axis arms for moving the stage is broken.
