Hitachi S-4300 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) System Lab
This system was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirement.
It has not been powered on, as the previous owner reported it was not working. According to their notes, the detectors and electron guns were functional, but there was believed to be a fault with the backing pump.
