Description
Oxford Instruments INCAx-Act Energy Dispersive Spectrometer System
This system was removed from a university where it was surplus to requirement.
It powers on and is in good cosmetic condition, we are unable to test it further at our facility.
It was removed from a Philips XL30 SEM TMP system.
Includes:
