Upright UL25 DC Personnel Lift with Telescopic Mast

This lift was was removed from a Laboratory in a leading University as it was surplus to requirements and hadn't been used for a number of years. We have tried powering it on however couldn't get any life out of it! It comes with a battery but again we couldn't get it to power up.
Cosmetically, it looks in fantastic condition and obviously hasn't had a hard life!
