Description
This Leica CM1900 Laboratory Cryostat was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up and was reported to be fully working by the lab.
The interior light works and the slicing mechanism operates very smoothly.
We checked the temperature range with a digital thermometer ( not included). When set to -8˚C the thermometer measured -8.6˚C, and when set to -50˚C the thermometer measured -48˚C.
It is in very good cosmetic condition with only minor usage marks.
As far as we can tell the unit appears to be in good working order.
