Description
This Beckman Coulter Benchtop Centrifuge Model - Allegra X-12R was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up and seems to be in working order. The rotor runs up to 3750rpm which seems to be the max speed of this centrifuge.
The temperature was tested with a digital thermometer (not included). It was set to -10˚C and reached -14.5˚C. It was then set to the max temp of 40˚C but did not get higher than 13.9˚C which was room temperature at the time of testing.
